What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if cancellation is made 30 days before the event. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 15-29 days before the event. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event, but you can transfer your registration to the next batch or a colleague.
Do I need prior experience in wastewater treatment?
Basic knowledge is beneficial but not required. The training is designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience, from beginners to advanced professionals. The hands-on approach helps everyone learn at their own pace.
Is accommodation provided?
Accommodation is not included in the training fee. However, we can recommend nearby hotels with special rates for our participants. Please contact us after registration for hotel recommendations.
What happens if I miss a session?
We recommend attending both days for the full experience. However, if you miss a session, you'll receive access to that portion's material through our online portal. You can also schedule a brief catch-up call with the trainer during the 1-year support period.
